1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting or using this website you accept these Terms. If you disagree with them, please refrain from using the site.

2. Age requirement

This website and our resort are reserved for adult guests aged 18 and over. By confirming your age on the entry page you declare that you meet this requirement. We may ask for photographic ID on arrival.

3. Reservations and payment

• All bookings depend on availability and written confirmation.
• Rates are shown in EUR and include applicable VAT where required; city tax and gratuities may be charged separately.
• A valid credit card is needed to guarantee a reservation. Unless otherwise agreed, the full balance is settled on departure.

4. Cancellation

Bookings may be cancelled without charge up to fourteen (14) days before arrival. Within fourteen days, the first night is payable; no-shows are charged for the entire stay. Best Available Rates may be cancelled until 48 hours before arrival. We strongly advise travel insurance.

5. Conduct of guests

We may refuse service or end a stay if a guest threatens staff or other guests, damages property, breaches our gaming rules, or otherwise violates reasonable standards of conduct.

6. Gaming

Gaming on our premises is governed by International law and offered solely to guests aged 18 and over. We support responsible gaming; self-exclusion and spending limits may be arranged at any time with our gaming host.

7. Liability

We exercise reasonable care to maintain a safe environment. Our liability is capped to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law. We are not liable for valuables left outside the in-room safe or hotel safe.

8. Intellectual property

All website content (text, images, logos, design) belongs to Deinonlinemarktplatz or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.

This site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of International. Disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Cannes.
